Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start A Return

To start a return, contact us at astralyf.store@outlook.com. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us — our team will review your case and provide you with the correct return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at astralyf.store@outlook.com with clear photos or video showing the issue, along with your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photo/video evidence, cannot be accepted. Valid claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, and in most cases will not require you to return the item.

Shipping Address Errors

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at astralyf.store@outlook.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, and cannot issue a refund or replacement for orders delivered to an address the customer entered incorrectly.

European Union

If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval please contact us at astralyf.store@outlook.com.
